Part-time Community Partner

About our communities:

We help organisations thrive amid exponential change by connecting 75+ domain experts with 75+ C-level decision-makers. Our communities fuel horizon-scanning projects, co-create pilots and share “next-practice” insights.

● An executive community, these are the decision makers in companies that we help to navigate exponential change.
● An ambassadors community, these are the experts, the forward thinkers, the innovators that constantly monitor the signals, trends and developments.
● And our various social communities on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and more.

 

What You’ll Do (8 to 12 hours per week):

●Drive impactful collaborations. Turn promising connections into partnerships that move the innovation needle.
● Moderate & energise our expert and executive spaces (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and private forum).
● Spark at quality discussions
● Curate monthly “signal” round-ups using AI sentiment & trend tools.
● Track KPIs such as active members, engagement % and NPS
● Go all-in with AI. Experiment relentlessly with new tools and lead by example so the community sees the possibilities firsthand.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

● A genuine curiosity for technology, AI, and network effects.
● Strong written Dutch and English. You enjoy crafting concise prompts & posts.
● Be proactive, with a creative growth mindset.
● Care about the relationships and connections we build
● Are inherently interested in technology and AI and willing to use AI when and wherever possible in constructive ways, and experiment
● Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own time effectively.
● Alignment with our purpose-driven approach to innovation.

• Nice-to-have: any experience in community tooling (e.g. Heartbeat, Discourse, Circle).

PLUS but not necessary Any experience in community tooling and building is welcome, but not a hard requirement; attitude and mindset are 98%.

 

What We Don’t Offer:

● Traditional corporate structures or fixed hierarchies (we build networks, not pyramids)
● A fixed salary or conventional benefitspackage.
● We expect you to take the same risks as we, the founders, and in return, we offer you the opportunity to learn, earn and become a co-owner, while providing something really valuable to our clients.
● Micromanagement or bureaucratic processes.
