Freelance Sales & Business Development Partner

We’re seeking a dynamic freelance sales and business development professional to join our network and team.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at building meaningful connections, understands the transformative power of AI and emerging technologies, and is driven to create impactful collaborations.
What You’ll Do:
● Build Relationships, Close Deals. That’s it.
Who We’re Looking For:
● Care about the relationship, not just the close.
● Have integrity and prioritizes honesty and values.
● Are inherently interested in technology and AI and willing to use AI when and wherever possible in constructive ways, and experiment
● Be proactive, with a creative growth mindset.
● You are not afraid to pick up the phone 100 times per month, if that’s necessary.
● Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own time effectively.
● Alignment with our purpose-driven approach to innovation.
PLUS but not necessary Proven experience in sales and/or business development, in the tech or innovation sector, is welcome, but not a hard requirement; attitude and mindset are 98%.
What We Offer:
● We’ll pay you 10% for every deal you close.
○ Our deal size is between 5.000 and 50.000 Euro
○ Commission: A minimum of 500 euros per deal up to 5000
○ The only cap is our ability to execute deals closed
○ In the unexpected event a client cancels after signing a contract, you’ll get paid your share of the cancellation clause.
